What you get
- Your own furnished room, free of charge
- All meals with the family
- Weekly pocket money (typically €280–€450)
- At least one and a half days off each week
What's expected
- 25–30 hours of childcare per week
- School runs, playtime, homework help
- Light tidying related to the children
- Occasional babysitting evenings (agreed in advance)
Everything above goes into a written agreement before you travel, so there are no surprises on day one.
