Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Prices include tax where applicable.

What happens to my free messages?
Messaging is free for everyone until 18 March 2027. After that, families get three free messages and a plan removes the limit.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Open Door is rolling monthly and can be cancelled any time; Settled In runs for a fixed 60 days.
Do au pairs pay anything?
No. Creating a profile, receiving messages and replying are free for au pairs, always.
